The service was all in all friendly. The room good-sized and top quality and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely hospitable and knew their area. Good and fab location to attractions like The Loop, that was not too far from the hotel.

It was just an ideal choice for a trip in Chicago with good value for price. The staff was fantastic, especially Emily at the front desk who surprised us with a bottle of champagne. Make sure to check if your amenities are available before your stay.
